Mathurata Plantations which is owned by our sister company is world-renowned for growing superior quality Tea and Cinnamon. Mathurata Plantations comprises 19 individual estates that stretch across 23,000 hectares. Ceylon Cinnamon is one of the most sought after spices in the world due to its milder and sweeter flavour which is far more superior than its Indonesian counterpart. Since 1870, Mathurata Plantations has been commercially growing Ceylon Tea. Today, the livelihood of 21,000 people depends on our plantations.
